Delivery area and charges

Any delivery charge or restriction that applies to your order is shown on the product page or at checkout. Check this before placing an order, especially for remote or offshore postcodes.

Access and unloading

Cabin kits can arrive as long, heavy packaged parts. The delivery method and unloading point depend on the supplier. Delivery does not mean that panels will be carried through a property or placed on the base.

Check gates, turns, steps, parked vehicles, low branches and overhead obstructions. Tell us about restricted access before ordering.

Prepare the base

Use the exact base dimensions given for the model. The base should be firm, flat and level before delivery.

On arrival

Check the delivery as soon as practical. Keep the packaging and call us with your order number if parts are damaged or missing.
