Returns and Refund Policy
This page explains your statutory cancellation rights and how to report faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
Starting a return
Call 0800 368 8590 with your order number before sending anything back. We will explain the return route and any agreed collection arrangements.
Condition of returned goods
If you cancel under your statutory rights, you may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Please handle them with care and keep the packaging where possible. A deduction may be made if handling goes beyond what is needed to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.
Your cancellation right
For distance sales, you can normally cancel within 14 days of receiving goods. Tell us by phone or post before that period ends. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Refunds and faulty goods
We assess returned goods before processing a refund. Return or collection costs are agreed before collection unless goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Inspect goods promptly and keep all packaging. Call us if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect.
