These terms apply when you use Log Cabin Stores or place an order with Circle Online Limited trading as Log Cabin Stores.

Orders and contracts

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods or send a dispatch confirmation, whichever happens first.

We may need to refuse an order before dispatch where payment cannot be authorised, information is incorrect or goods are unavailable.

Prices and product information

Prices and product information are shown on the website at the time of ordering. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before dispatch. If this changes your order, we will give you the option to cancel.

Product images and colours can look different between screens. Use the product page for the listed specification and dimensions.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Access problems, weather, manufacturing and transport may affect delivery. Additional costs may apply where delivery cannot be completed because access is unsuitable or the delivery details are incorrect.

Cancellation, returns and faults

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
